Randall R. Eley

President, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager

An experienced investment professional and founder of The Edgar Lomax Company, Mr. Eley is a two-time winner of The Wall Street Journal’s “dartboard” stock picking contest and has made repeat appearances on CNN, the “Nightly Business Report” and CNBC.  He holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Thomas B. Murray

Chief Operating Officer and Assistant Portfolio Manager

Formerly, Chairman of the District of Columbia Retirement Board.  Mr. Murray also worked as a manager in finance at PG&E's National Energy Group.  He holds a B.A. in Political Science, an M.B.A. and a Masters in Environmental Studies from Yale University.
 
Phillip A. Titzer, CFA

Vice President of Investment Operations and Portfolio Manager

Formerly a nuclear-trained submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Titzer is principally responsible for the management of the Fund's portfolio. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in Finance from George Mason University.
